Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to absolutely LOVE your new boots and make sure they are the perfect fit. For any reason you are not satisfied we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. Please read below for further details. 

We offer free returns or exchanges in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of your delivery confirmation.  Return requests made after 14 days of purchase of delivery confirmation are no longer eligible for return, but can be exchanged if in original condition. Once a return has been delivered back to Amiga Amor, it can take up to 10 business days (M-F) to inspect & process a return. 

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers do the same when they need to return goods. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging to be accepted, otherwise, we will return to sender. To initiate the return process, please sent us an email regarding your order. If you are wanting to exchange and are local to the DFW area, we recommend booking a private try on experience at no charge to ensure you are getting the boot that fits best.
